2. Main machine adopt stainless steel to supply more than 10 years use life .metal detector to detect contained metal , hot steam wash tank to washing contained oil, centrifugal drier and pipe drier system to dry material , automatic separate label machine can separate 99% labels.

3. The viscosity of PET flakes will only reduce 0. 05 more or less during the whole recycling production. Thus it guarantees good performance for downstream applications.

4. Meanwhile this recycling line is combined with a waste water treatment system. This system can recycle most of waste water generated in operation for reuse. Thus it will save you a lot of money, but also meet high requirement made by local governments in different countries.
